Use these exercisers to help strengthen grip and increase hand motion. Four color-coded levels of resistance accommodate a weak grasp to a strong hand grip. Heat in a microwave for warm therapy, or chill in a freezer for cold therapy. Includes an illustrated exercise manual featuring hand coordination, gripping strength and thumb exercises.

Standard size has a 2" (4.4cm) diameter. Large oblong exercisers measure 2" x 2-1/2" (5.1 x 6.4cm) diameter and are ideal for larger hands.
