The Invacare Matrx E2 wheelchair backrest is designed to provide maximum comfort and support to wheelchair users. With its 3" contour, HR foam backing, and airflow channels, it provides mild lateral support while reducing humidity and promoting cooling.

The rippled top surface increases immersion and comfort, ensuring users can sit comfortably for extended periods. The MiniSet hardware fits chairs 1" narrower or 1" wider than the back model width, providing up to 40 degrees of angle adjustment and 2 inches of depth adjustment. The Stealth Essence Skin Protection and Positioning (SPP) is designed for comfort and moderate to specialized positioning. Available in 16 inch (40.64 cm) to 22 inch (55.88 cm) widths and 16 inch (40.64 cm) to 24 inch (60.96 cm) depths, the Essence SPP cushion comes standard with a cover featuring Coolcore technology.

The Coolcore cover offers several benefits over other cover options. For starters, it manages and distributes moisture quickly throughout the fabric to decrease evaporation and drying time. Another advantage is year-round temperature regulation allowing the Essence SPP to stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Finally, the Coolcore cooling technology is built into the fabric fibers, preventing any decline in the performance and keeping it's cooling properties.

The Essence SPP has a built in handle for convenient carrying and a small front pouch for storage. Optional cushion wedges are available in three sizes to offer meet the needs of more specialized positioning needs.

Special Tomato Soft-Touch Rolls are available in the small size of 3" x 8". When a large roll is not appropriate for therapy, this smaller roll can be used in various therapies. Clinical applications include using to help normalize muscle tone and decrease primitive reflexes, to support smaller body parts when range of motion is limited, to maintain leg separation while seated, used in car seats to position legs or trunk, and used under the feet to develop balance reactions.

Dale Abdominal Binders with EasyGrip Strip are the only binders that have been clinically shown to expedite the return of pulmonary function after open abdominal surgery, while encouraging patients to ambulate sooner. The Dale Binder is made entirely of an exclusive stretch material that provides full, all-around compression and perfect sizing.

Now features the new EasyGrip Strip which can hold up to four 100cc drainage bulbs in place. This new feature allows for easier monitoring of drainage bulb contents and drainage bulbs to be emptied or removed quickly without the hassle of removing pins or tape. It also allows for easier ambulation when drainage bulbs are in place. Unlike other binders, which can restrict movement, Dale Binders actually promote mobility and lessen the chance of sedentary complications.
