Nova Turning Knee Walker:
The reflector on the right hand break, as you look at it as you’re behind the steering wheel and riding with one knee on the Nova Turning Knee Walker, has fallen out and is now lost, can you send me another reflector for free, since it’s a brand new unit.
I’m a Military Veteran, and I had just recently had right Ankle surgery, in January 2023.
Your product has been working out for me, somewhat. But I’m 6”3, which makes it a little hard to maneuver around with someone who had lower-back surgery years ago and suffers from failed lower-back syndrome ever since that surgery.
Plus, I’ve had bilateral surgeries on my shoulders Left and right, for this two creates more issues, but I try the best I can to keep my back up straight (vertical) and I try as well not to carry too much pressure on the steering wheel, but yet still being safe by keeping my hands firmly on the steering wheel.
I would have given a five star, but for my concerns given above, I’ve given the Nova Turning Knee Walker, a four Star.
Thank you,
Keith
