It has an easy to modify base with optional positioning components for optimal stability. The JAY J2 Wheelchair Cushion is a lightweight, low maintenance cushion designed for a person with a high risk for skin breakdown, may not perform weight shifts independently, has had changing positioning requirements over time or uses a wheelchair most of the day.
