The Matrx Libra wheelchair cushion uses a combination of high resilient foam and dual layer fluid sac to provide maximum protection around boney prominences and stability to the pelvis.

The Libra Fit Kit components are available to enhance immersion, correct and accommodate orthopedic issues.

Four points of attachment to the wheelchair. Primary attachments position the belt like two point hip belt and secondary attachments anchor the belt in position to prevent it from riding up into the abdomen or twisting. Holds the pelvis much more aggressively for situations when the person has a lot of movement.

Applications: Clients with high tone. Counters pelvic rotation by allowing the caregiver to position one side of the pelvis, lock it in place and then position on the other side.

Deep lateral and medial leg contours promote postural alignment.Two layers of foam, a contoured molded base foam with a layer of memory foam, provide comfort and skin protection.

Tapered leg adductors increase in width near the back of the cushion to give support to the greater trochanters.

Comes standard with non-skid bottom and hook and loop attachment.

The Saddle cushion is a unique cushion made with 2 layers of high resiliency foam to provide increased comfort and decrease the probability of pressure sores. The coccyx cutout relieves pressure and alleviates ulcers. A radius bottom provides versatile surface for sling or flat seating surfaces. The Kwik Strap loops secure the cushion to the wheelchair by securing around the back vertical posts.

SOLACE FABRIC COVER designed for pressure relief and comfort, Solace is fluid-proof, anti-microbial and soft to the touch. The multi-dimensional stretch design alleviates pressure on bony prominences and provides optimal skin protection.

Optional Quadra3D pack is a supple polyurethane bladder that maintains skin integrity by allowing optimal contour to the user.
