The easy wear knit construction of the 860 Series Select Comfort is designed to put on easily and is ideal for patients with arthritis or limited range of motion. Double-covered yarns provide great elasticity and easy donning and removal.

TRU-Comfort 2 wheelchair cushions combine a deep contoured, high density molded foam base with a CoolCore technology cover. CoolCore technology is built to help keep you comfortable. CoolCore fabrics wick moisture away from the body in every direction keeping you dry and comfortable no matter what season it is.

Available in 16 to 22 inch width and 14 to 22" depths. Convenient and easily accessible extra storage pouch built in to the cover.

2 layers of high resiliency 750 lb. weight capacity foam provide increased comfort and decrease the probability of pressure sores. Non-contoured seating surface allows for easy user transfers. Waterfall front eliminates pressure points in leg trough. Coccyx relief area unloads bony prominences. Kwik Strap loops around vertical canes and securely attaches with easy side release buckle.

STRETCH-AIR FABRIC designed for air transmission and heat reduction. This two-ply, breathable laminate combines a high-stretch lycra top layer, a layer of reticulating foam, and a waterproof, breathable vapor barrier.

Optional QuadraGel pack is a supple polyurethane bladder that maintains skin integrity by allowing optimal contour to the user.

Solutions Gel cushion offers skin protection and improved postural positioning. High density molded foam and a variety of relief cutouts and toppers help maintain the pelvis in optimal centralized position. Twin-cell, aqueous gel insert under at risk bony areas in the rear of the cushion. Pelvic well provides a pre-ischial shelf to prevent posterior pelvic tilt. Segmented for each IT, an aqueous gel pack provides additional skin protection and reduces shearing forces.

The Coolcore is the standard cushion cover material that has proven temperature and moisture control.
